Hong Kong’s food culture sits in a special place among the world’s great cuisines. No other style of cooking does so much with so little, or experiments with such a wide palate of flavours. While its roots are deep, new approaches are constantly bringing the past into the present and the present into the future. Miele presents “A Traditional Taste”, a heartfelt gastronomic publication marking the legacy and future of Hong Kong’s dynamic food landscape. It is part of a non-profit initiative aimed at bringing awareness to Hong Kong’s rich food heritage as part of celebrations to mark Miele’s 20 years in the city. All proceeds go to support Feeding Hong Kong.
