Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong and we ship worldwide. We ship with SF Express and Hong Kong Post for all orders coming from Hong Kong and Mainland China, and with Hong Kong Post (Speedpost service) or DHL for all international orders.
Due to import restrictions, we are currently restrained by a special shipping arrangement under the COVID-19 pandemic. Owing to insufficient air flight and sea container capacity, we regret that extra time may be required for conveyance of your mail items (including Speedpost) to their destinations despite completion of the local processing work.

All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate e-mail from SF, Hong Kong Post or DHL when your order is being processed.
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Some countries, remote cities, or islands may have longer delivery times that require additional fees. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.
Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays, deliveries to remote places, etc.
Modes of payment
We accept payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. It is also possible to make the payment via a bank/wire transfer, please get in touch for further details.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30 days return from the date of your receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind.
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way. If your order for any reason or in any way arrives damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem.
Any products that are found to be damaged will be replaced or refunded. We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items and in some cases additional compensation. If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead or make another arrangement with us.
Important: Please email us within 10 days of receipt of your order to receive the guarantee. Make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to firstname.lastname@example.org
Remember to also state your order number in the e-mail.
