As a child, Cheng Lai-Sheung (Josie Ho) could see Hong Kong s famed Victoria Harbour from her family apartment. But eventually, the old buildings she peered over were demolished, and her harbour view blocked by a massive residential project - 'No.1 Victoria Bay'. Increasingly disappointed and upset, she vowed to save up enough money for her family to move into 'No.1 Victoria Bay' and reclaim their glorious view.

To achieve her dream, Cheng has to work two full-time jobs. Her desperation even drives her to industrial espionage. But however she toils and compromises herself, she still cannot earn enough to catch up with the ever-increasing property prices. Her 'dream home' seems forever beyond reach... until an idea suddenly dawns: to get what she wants, she must take matters into her own hands... even if it means getting her hands seriously bloody.
